The holidays are over, the parties have ended, and it’s time to get serious about those New Year resolutions! Join us for our upcoming detox workshop where the focus is on helping you to feel your best.

We’ll help you create a plan to meet your goals, discuss what a “detox” entails, and provide advice for quick and healthy meals with slimming effects. Cooking demonstrations, meal samplers, and healthy snacks will be on hand to show you how it’s done.

• Date: Monday, Feb 8 from 7 – 9pm
• Cost: $30 (if you bring a friend, it’s $20 each!)
